I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever
Interview
After having completed an online application full of documents and details, I have been contacted the day after by a HR employee asking to set a phone interview for the day after. Almost one hour of phone interview to assess some personal skills and to ask me situational questions and "which was a situation where you have proved that..."
They told me that I could write them for any kind of questions also after the interview, and that the results would be available in 3 weeks
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Unilever (Bogotá, Bogota) in Nov 2025
Interview
Un proceso muy divertido en el cual te sientes cómodo y tranquilo. Primero son unas pruebas virtuales y después ya es un assesment grupal. En todo debes ser tu mismo pues ellos valoran mucho eso.

Question 1
Why you want to work at uniliever and what you can bring
The interview process was thorough and well-organized. It began with an initial phone screening with HR, where they asked about my background, skills, and why I was interested in the position. Then, I was invited for a second round, which included a technical interview with the marketing team. They asked me to walk through my previous campaigns, how I approached strategy, and how I measure success. There was also a portion where they tested my ability to analyze market data and trends. Overall, the process was clear, and the interviewers were supportive, giving me ample time to explain my experiences and ask questions.

Question 1
I gave an example of a previous campaign where we had to adjust our approach after receiving unexpected feedback from a key demographic. I explained how I used data analysis to identify the root cause of the feedback and worked closely with the creative team to adjust messaging, ultimately leading to improved engagement.
