Digital interview: It takes around 70 minutes. You can have 3 attempts for each question. The interview is tough. You should pratice several times before recording. The minus point is after completing the interview, they did not send me a feedback on how I perform.

Interview
Aller eerst een telefoon gesprek. Vervolgens een eerste gesprek met collega’s. Daarna een gesprek met de manager. Dat was wel te doen. Er was geen assessment of andere omstandigheden . Het is lastig om aan die 30 Woorden te komen. Maar je zou het zelf moeten ervaren. Tegenwoordig gebeurd alles via de computer dus ik weet niet of mijn ervaring van 10 jaar geleden wel representatief is.
very time intensive but well organized, came with first half of behavioral questions and second half of technical questions, and a excel ad hoc test in the end to do online with hiring manager
