Two-stage interview - first online and second face-to-face. The first one was more culture and fit. The second was more technical and took one hour. hello hello hello hello (have I put in thirty words already?...!)

What should you do if you have discovered a blocker and the team is in a critical meeting?

Interview
The interview process was quite quick, but I was disappointed that they did not provide any feedback after the final round. There were three rounds in total. The first was an introductory meeting with the talent acquisition team. The second involved behavioral questions with the development manager and a UX developer. The third round was a technical interview with a senior developer, which I felt went well. Despite completing all the rounds, they did not update me on my candidacy or offer any feedback. I would have appreciated feedback a bit sooner.
Thank you for your interview review. We sincerely apologise for the mistake with your interview feedback. We know how important timely and constructive feedback is for candidates who invest in the interview process and seeing your review immediately prompted us to investigate.
Our Talent Manager has spoken to you separately to apologise and explain. We would like to thank you for taking the time to interview with us and it was a pleasure meeting you. We look forward to perhaps connecting again in the future.
