Applied beginning of January, received an email about a week later asking to complete a video interview consisting of 5-7 questions. Basic behavioral questions, but it is important to stand out in any way that you can because they sort through so many of these interviews.

First step is online resume review process. Second step is digital interview through Hire Vue (same questions that are on glassdoor) Third step (if you make it) is a phone interview. Looking for a good fit more than anything. Be able to emphasize team work and good sportsmanship in your interview and you'll do well.
