I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2015
Interview
They had a webcam interview that asked a series of questions and gave you 1 minute before each question to prepare and then you recorded your response. Pretty awkward in my opinion but once you got used to it it was okay. There was probably 6 or so questions, none too difficult but took a little bit of thinking about past work experience.

Introduction. Asking why are you interested and What do you know about UA
Straight forward and a very nice hiring manager. Really appreciate that they don't have too many interview rounds to go through. The first interview was with HR and then the second interview was with the team manager.

Question 1
Introduce yourself? Case study on how you would approach research.
You need to complete online video recorded screening if you are pushed to the interview rounds. It can seem intimidating going in but it isn’t too hard, just relax and pretend you’re talking on zoom.
