I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Under Armour (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process is pretty extensive. The initial process is very exciting. First is orientation. They show many videos about the company's origin and success. Very inspiring. After that they speak a bit about the company and what they expect and how they differ from other companies. Particularly competitor Nike. You are then given a specific interview day that week and you meet with one of the managers of the company. They'll sit you down and just ask you about your history with retail and whether or not you are familiar with the company.

Question 1
How do you go about getting a customer's (or athlete as UA calls it) attention?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Under Armour (New Delhi) in Jul 2019
Interview
It was a phone interview. The company is still recruiting the team for their India business. The Interviewer was extremely rude and it was obvious the company culture was infested with politics at this early stage in setting up operations in the country. The hiring manager asked me to do a presentation and conveniently forgot the appointment when it was to be discussed, no apology either. It has been over a month since I've heard from the hiring manager or anyone from the organisation.
