Very simple process after submitting the application online. I got to schedule an interview about five days after applying. My interview was with an assistant manager at the time. That’s it. I accepted.

Question 1
I got asked common interview questions such as tell me a time that you did the right thing without anyone noticing, and tell me how you resolved a conflict.
The interview process includes both cross functional panel interviews and individual interviews with hiring manager. Was surprised I didn’t talk to any peers or colleagues. Just cross functional people from other departments but not the one I was hiring for other than the hiring manager
