The interview was very quick and generally had basic questions. Apart from asking experience and situation based questions they asked questions about yourself that made it feel like a conversation; made it a lot more enjoyable and calm the nerves down.
Very brief (30 min). Mainly asked my previous retail experience, did not look at my resume but they asked good question. It was a different manager though as management has changed

Interview
I applied online earlier this month. I got a call from an unknown number and answered it; it was the store manager of UA at Vaughan Mills Mall. He conducted the interview over the phone and it lasted approximately 5 mins. Was totally unprepared, as I was recovering from the flu in bed and still very congested. Store manager emphasized the fact that if I do not hear from him, the position was offered to someone else. He made sure to say this at least 3 times. I knew I wasn't getting the position.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour (Meridian, ID) in Sept 2022
Interview
After applying I was contacted within a day or two. It was a Friday so my interview was scheduled the following Tuesday. The interview went very smoothly and the questions were easy to answer. Unfortunately I did not hear back from them after a week. I finally called them back the next Thursday to ask about my application status and was told all positions were filled. I never got a call or rejection email which makes me feel like they never planned on letting me know I didn’t get the position. I was only looking for a part time seasonal job as I have full time job in recruiting for my company, so I know how important the candidate experience is. I would never leave a candidate hanging, wondering if they got the job or not. I would have appreciated a rejection email or phone call.
