Interview
You have to complete a HireVue interview, which is an online recording of yourself in professional attire, answering questions. If you want this job, do the following:
Say "doing what's right for the customer" and "meeting the needs of the customer" with a smile and you've got the job. Make your voice sound as pleasant and white as possible.
If you are chosen for an in-person interview. You will either interview at HQ or at crappy building on East Fort. You are taken to a smaller rooms with a recruiter and 8+ other candidates to watch a video that tries to convince you of why you should work at Under Armour. You are then taken to the "Pit" which is a larger classroom-like room where there are 4-5 tables, each with an interviewer (someone with a senior CSR role).
You are randomly assigned a table. They don't know anything about you or your resume before hand. You hand them a copy and they just ask you questions about your experience and general questions about customer service, working with software, multi-tasking, computer skills, your ability to learn quickly, and making a sale.

Easy resume submittal to apply on company site. Was invited to a Hirevue interview, which took about 10 minutes. A week later I was invited to a face to face at the UA Campus. Interview was a two person panel - group interview , which lasted about 20 minutes. Received a job offer a week later and accepted. All in all, a pretty efficient process.

After about 5 business days later, I was invited to a hiring event with other candidates for the same position.
