I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Under Armour in Jan 2017
Interview
The process was different from other experiences. They used HireVue for the first round, in which you record yourself answering these questions and they watch them on their own time. It was a little awkward, but the questions were not very difficult, all behavioral questions. The annoying part about interviewing on this program is you can't really grasp how you did, there is no feedback. I did the HireVue in January, it is now mid-march and they recently said I am still being considered for the internship and may not know until 4/15, which is very late regarding internships for a summer.
