It was great. The position was advertised through my university job board. I did an aptitude, worked on a group presentation and finally did panel interview with two members of their staff.

They asked me my hobbies then gave me a scenario of how I would project sales at a sports stadium (my hobby was a sport)
It was thorough and effective. There were multiple processes and stages of interaction. First, it was a test followed by an acceptance email for an in-person assessment. This took about 2 hours before we were instructed to make a presentation.
