Strange interview- after each answer I got a verbal “check” like I’m kind of a tick-box exercise.
It would have been nice to have a more engaging/flowing conversation and less check check check.
Also for a company that is trying to grow that quickly it might be better to get an internal recruiter even it’s only part-time rather than source someone externally and in a different country. It’s difficult to understand the business and culture etc it’s just check check check and move one.
