The interview process is pretty simple. It took me around a week to get an interview and when I did get an interview and going to the store, it was a group interview. It was overwhelming at first, but you do not have to answer every single question. Make sure to answer questions about credit cards and customers. They want to make sure that your OK with working an environment that pushes credit card sales and the happiness of their customers.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
