Group interview where they asked about customer service experience and makeup knowledge. Asked how you would handle an upset customer and what your favorite product is. Simple and straight forward but I don’t like group interviews.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
