Longer than expected- do not apply if not for long term. I was looking for a summer job but they turned me away because they were already hiring for the winter season.
Over the phone and background basic questions about why you are interested in working for Ulta beauty and why they should hire you. Previous experience and any experience with customer service and or retail
it went positive. hope i can get the job. they were very nice and answered any questions i had in regards to the position . looks like a good environment to be in
The interview process was very relaxed for me, the store manager seemed energetic and caring, on top of running a smooth operation. My interview was based both off of a list of questions the company gives, as well as chatting for her to get a sense of who I am, at least that's how I interpreted it.
