Interview
It was when Ulta was first opening, and did not have a brick and mortar location yet. I met with the GM and the District Manager at a hotel in the area. They were very kind and interested in me. I didn't have a lot of work experience, but I was very passionate about the beauty industry and I believe they saw that in me, which is why I got the job.

The interview was a very smooth process. The interviewer was very kind and easy to talk with . I was nervous but felt very sure after the interview. I was offered a job that day.

Interview
I applied and they called me back about a week later. I went in for the interview and she actually hired me right on the spot. I filled out all my paper work. It was a very laid back interview. (Everyone's interview process will be different)
