Interview
I applied online and 2 days later I was called in the evening to set up an in person interview. It went well. She scheduled a technical and had me bring a model, then forgot and wasn’t there but the brow people still had me do it and it went well, then I was called again for another technical and she told me she’d call me on Monday. She called Thursday and told me they were going with another applicant. I wish they would have not called me in for that third interview.
I had a short interview with manager going over job responsibilities and my experience with waxing. They want you to be proactive about coming in with a book. They also do not have a cancellation fee policy. We also talked about scheduling a practical.

Interview
Horrible interview, asked too many personal questions like if I was going to have kids soon? I’m pretty sure that’s illegal. Uncomfortable interview process and bad communication from manager. It felt unprofessional and I was shocked.
Phone interview with RAM then interview with General Manager both interviews were easy going, especially with RAM she was easy to talk to.
GM was pretty cool too but I felt like they sold me a lie through the interview
