Un premier entretien RH suivi d'un test codingame assez simple.
S'en est suivi deux entretiens plus techniques avec un manager et l'équipe.
Pas très dur, beaucoup de questions sur mes expériences précédentes et sur comment elles peuvent se traduire dans l'univers du JV.
Le gros point négatif a été la durée du processus de recrutement. Environ trois mois entre le premier contact (sur linkedin) et la proposition d'embauche.
Mais j'ai été tenu au courant régulièrement du statut de ma candidature.
Les personnes avec qui j'ai échangé étaient professionnels, sympathiques et semblaient véritablement intéresser par mon profil.

After applying online I got a phone call from the HR the next day. The following days I got two interviews with people from the HR and studio and team managers.

Most questions were about my previous experiences, aiming to know what I was interested in, what I learned from my previous experiences and if I did something out of the studies that'd show my motivation.The interview was informal and delightful.
