The HR lacks professionalism. Scheduled me at 7pm and made me wait for 2 hours before they conduct the initial interview. Such a time waster! When the HR finally arrived, he told me that he was actually waiting for my text if I would still come. Really? I already confirmed when he sent me the interview invitation. So why wait for another confirmation that day?? Grow up and don't waste other's time. Be Professional!! Declined the offer. If you could not even respect somebody else's time, what makes you think you are a company worth working for?
