I applied online. I interviewed at Uber (Palo Alto, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
I went through a couple of rounds of phone interviews, then 3 rounds of onsite interviews, 2 in San Francisco, one in Palo Alto. I have no major issue with the planning for the interview, but it seems like an inordinate amount of time, to eventually be told I do not have the experience they were looking for, after feedback from prior sessions was so positive. I mean "not enough software engineering experience", after an 11 year career? Give me a break!

Question 1
Asked me about my client engagement tactics, sourcing techniques.
You will complete a total of 5 rounds of interviews and sometimes a case study. The first round is the initial screen done by a fellow recruiter, then a hiring manager screen then if successful you will go into the final interviews which are 3 competency based.

What are some of the recruitment metrics you have used? Experience in using data? Tough stakeholder management examples
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uber
Interview
It was not easy at all. Starting from Recruiter 1on 1 and then Recruiting Manager(2nd step) and then Director. After you passed 1:1 with everyone, you will do presentation. not easy.
3 interviews recruitment process.
The people that I was in contact with was super friendly and professional but I will definitely improve the feedback method after being on a final stage. An email template is ok for a candidate on an early stage of the process.
