there are two rounds of interview. the first one is with the manager, the front desk lead and the group lead , and the second is with the group that you would be working with.

Interview
After applying online, I got a call requesting an initial phone screening a couple weeks later that entailed answering very standard questions (Why do you want this position? What would be your desired rate of pay? Etc.). They had me come in for an in-person interview with the practice manager and front desk lead, and then a week later for another panel style interview with the entire front and back office staff to determine if I was a good culture fit. The total time from submitting my application to receiving a job offer was about a month.
