It was an easy process , took a while to get the interview set up , but after it was an easy process and was worth the wait, but after getting hired, the job is long and feels like there is no relief at time , but it’s still a good position.

Explain a situation where you had to provide customer service to a difficult member?
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
