There was one phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. They talked about the pay, what the training process looks like. What to expect about the job etc. Afterwards they send you a time for a zoom interview for a week or two later. The zoom interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. They asked you about a time you sold a product to a customer, How you persuaded a customer to buy more than what they originally wanted. Lots of sales questions. There was the interviewer and an observer in my interview. Overall a little intimidating but nothing too bad.
