Interview
For the on site interview it is mostly them showing you around the campus, however you are with current employees so treat the tour like they are interviewing you. Two rounds of interviews that in total take up about an hour.
Easy 15 minute phone call with recruiter.
1 hour round with 2 actuaries (one from the p&c side, the other from life). Most of the interview was just them talking about the internship itself.

Interview
Interviewed on campus briefly and then was flown down to San Antonio to interview at the USAA headquarters. It was a full day of interviews and interviewed with about 4 groups of 2 people. We had dinner the night before the interviews. The interviewers were very nice and asked a mostly behavioral-type questions.
