I applied online. I interviewed at USA Rugby in Aug 2021
Interview
Three people interviewed me, 1 was a consultant, the other 2 were the ticketing team. Pretty friendly, but bro-ish frat guy vibes. They all took turns asking me questions. The interview was pretty straight forward.

I applied through university. I interviewed at USA Rugby (Denver, CO) in Dec 2016
Interview
It was a Skype interview with 2 people. Only took about 5 minutes and so it was brief. Didn't really know the feeling towards me because there was a little reserve from them.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at USA Rugby (Boulder, CO) in Feb 2010
Interview
The application went through a 3rd party vendor. The initial interview was conducted over the phone with the hiring manager. The conversation last roughly 30 minutes and didn't include any difficult or unusual questions. The 2nd interview was face to face with the hiring manager and another member of the team. This interview was more of a confirmation of the first and seemed to serve the purpose of if they felt comfortable with me in person.

Question 1
None out of the standard set of interview questions. Was asked if I knew anything about the sport of rugby, but my answer of 'no' didn't seem to alter the tone of the conversation.
