Its a computer test first, Interview Next. The interview consist of two managers. Ant then HR representative. Then from there they ask you questions and determine if you are a good fit.

Interview
Very nerve-racking but they were really nice to try to make me more comfortable. I have been out of the work force for 10 years and it was overall a great experience.
