I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Maspeth, NY) in Nov 2013
Interview
Waiting for the interview was the hardest part due to the large number of applicants, which means that you will be on your feet for a few hours. You could say that it was done on purpose because you will be on your feet constantly during the actual job.
However, the interview itself was short and basic, just answer yes to everything, and you're basically in. Also chances are, you will get a phone call for the orientation, within the same day.
