Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I waited to be fetched when I first arrived and then I was given a brief tour of the facilities on the way to the interview room. It took less than 30 minutes and was an alright experience. I read the reviews on this site before I went in for my interview and it was almost exactly the same as what other people describe, all similar questions and whatnot. Again, it was a pretty straightforward experience and not nerve-wracking or particularly challenging.

If I could lift a certain amount of weight without trouble.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
