I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Dallas, TX)
Interview
There's a test that ultimately determines if you have common sense and basic math skills. If you pass that, then you are subject to a phone interview by the national HR site. (This is new and quite different from the old process) If you pass both tests, the HR site will do a background check. Assuming everything went well, your name will go into a pool of other names. FYI, just because you pass these tests does not guarantee you a spot. You still have to do a formal interview with the hiring manager.
