Interview
The first stage is a tour of the facility. This is so people understand exactly what they are about to get in to. This also mitigates the astounding level of turnover for part time workers.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
