None, jobs were sourced out by multiple companies that only looked at a resume and then hired. The company I was contacted by is in New Jersey and have offices around the world, never once spoke to a UPS rep.

Interview
Went through a temp agency the process took about 34 days. A back ground check was required. Interview was fairly easy. Recruiter was nice and easy to talk to. Called me every week to see if I was available.
