Interview
Applied for the job online and was invited for orientation the same day. Went in with 6-7 other people and was told about the hours, pay, benefits; basically what it took to work there. Scheduled for an interview for the following week and was hired the same day. Started working the following week. Quick and easy process.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
