Interview
It went well. You go on a tour of the facility while shift is working so you can experience what it is like to work there. Then they give you a quick interview to see what kind of person you are and what is expected of you nd what you are expecting.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
