Interview
There really was no interview. The HR personnel just asked me a few questions about what I'm studying in college and what do I plan on doing in the future. The rest was just verifying to make sure everything checked out.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
