I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS in Sept 2016
Interview
I applied for the position at the beginning of September and received an email from the hiring manager in a week. He wanted to do a phone screen and we agreed on a specific time. The phone interview was done by the hiring manager and couple of other team developers. Hiring manager was very nice in explaining the description about the role. After that the 2 developers took turn in asking core java questions. I did all well and was offered to come to an in person interview but unfortunately i didn't go to the next step as my plans change to look for positions in some other area. Overall a great phone technical interview experience.
