the interview was very easy not technical question , all the interview personal q this job required A+ even if you have more advanced technical certification ..... the interviewer .
Received call from recruiter and had a quick phone conversation. Then, interviewed in person with Program Manager. Explained the job requirements and who and what will be involved in the work to be done. Asked basic questions about handling calls, customers, and working on weekends. Offered position at end of interview.
