Interview
Streamlined, relevant and tied to actual JD. Good feedback loop. From HR to senior faculty members, everyone is involved and takes genuine interest in what you bring to the table.
they asked me basic questions related to my portfolio, it was not really hard, seemed more like a formality, as the acceptance rate is so high. they were not really asking hard hitting questions, more softballs and low level stuff.

tell me the tools you used to create your portfolio and which one was your favorite.
The interview process was smooth and efficient. I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by two in-person interviews with the team. They were all very friendly and the questions were relevant to the job.
