I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2012
Interview
The first steps were applying online and a screening call. After moving through the screening about a week later came onsite interviews, set as three 1:1 sessions of behavioral, situational, and informational interviews. The toughest of the interviews for myself was the behavioral based with the Director of Service Operations.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you organized? This seems to be a tough question for me to answer because of my thought process.
I applied for a position, but they made a mistake and sent me the job description for a different role in another country. I contacted HR, and they told me it wasn’t an issue.
I had the interview, and they were rude, even making faces during the conversation. You could sense the toxic work environment from the outside. The communication from the PM in Madrid was somewhat aggressive and unprofessional.
UKG is all about marketing; I don’t see anything "people-centric" about it. It’s better to work somewhere that values your effort.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Indi, Karnataka) in Apr 2021
Interview
Whole process was good and fast, interviewer was nice and asking good question all related to the role and responsibilities, it took little more time might be the internal approval and all but overall whole process was smooth and clear.
