Interview
The process started with a phone screen with HR followed by a screen with the hiring manager. There were two in-person interviews after this point with developers, qa and other managers.
On the day of the first in-person interview I was required to take a personality test. Although I was curious I never did know if or how this was used in the interview process or in my later years of employment at Kronos.

I want to highlight an incident about my experience with recruiter Shubham. He called me few times back for the position which I applied. I have a good feedback about UKG from my circle and was excited untill he called.
I have asked couple of questions and he was just telling me what he knows.
Very limited knowledge on such manager level and not ready to listen. He has some script to follow and he was just doing it that all. Thought he must be junior person in a company but surprised to see he is associate Manager.
Dont know how he is doing his day to day job
Sad for a company who has a good vision ahead

Applied online as the position seamed like a very good fit. Received an automated email which mentioned the HR representative would contact me, followed by an email from HR. Scheduled an interview after two days. In between received an email to take a recorded video interview. Had no clue about that. Had to answer and record the timed interview video (typical situational questions). It was awkward recording answers without a two way communication. Next day HR called for interview, but just asked salary range and mentioned the selection is based on the video interview recording review. In two days got an automated email saying they are not proceeding with my application. The position was removed from listing within 2 weeks. Not sure if it was an internal position. It's very disappointing that a company which calls itself, people first, conducting such non-personalized video recorded interviews and not providing any feedback after being in an interview process.
