First I was called and had a casual phone interview, it was very nice, and a skype interview was set up. After looking up people's reviews on here I was skeptical. During the skype interview, the person seemed disinterested and at no point did I feel she was seriously considering me for the job. She also seemed genuinely surprised I had dressed professionally for what I believed was an interview. After this, I decided it wouldn't be worth finding childcare to go any further in the process. It was really all a bit strange.
