UGG Australia interview questions

Primarily focused on availability and customer service skills. Prior retail experience. Since it was a seasonal position it mostly came down to availability and personality. They were also really short staffed on quality employees.

Took about 4 months to respond to an application. Interview over email. Took several weeks to follow up. Did not hear so assumed no interest. This was the second time with the same experience with Deckers.
