Primarily focused on availability and customer service skills. Prior retail experience. Since it was a seasonal position it mostly came down to availability and personality. They were also really short staffed on quality employees.

It was an in a person group interview, and we all took turns answering questions. It was in the morning before the store opened. We then wrote our availability as well.

Why did you choose to work here at Ugg?
Think of a time that was difficult how did you solve it?
Pretty standard. Interviewed by store manager and asked basic questions in relation to my knowledge of the store then I was asked behavioural questions about teamwork (store is very team-oriented), time management, how to deal with upset customers and multitasking. I received a call back within one week. They do conduct a background check that needs to be clear prior to starting.
