UDream Dental interview questions

It was less than 5 minutes. She never had reviewed my resume, and instantly felt I was not qualified because I was not Asian. I was more than qualified with over 20 years of experience and an education to match it. This did not matter again, because I'm not Asian. They are racist and would rather choose an applicant with no experience than the most qualified, based on race alone. I am not assuming this, as the interviewer said exactly that. I'd never work in such an environment. Also, it was clear the practice did not care about the quality of Dentistry they provide, just as they aren't concerned about the quality of their office manager. The practice runs on high volume, fast, and thus quality is compromised. The interviewer knew nothing about Dentistry nor managing a practice. It was a waste of my time and money to drive an hour and a half there. Please, take this into consideration if you are applying. I would feel awful for anyone being part of this mess. Plus, you open yourself to liabilities too. Run the other way!
