My interview went great. i got to the reference part of the interviewing process! i was lucky to be interviewed by two very sweet people at the woodland hills rehab facility. 1st interview i didn't bomb lol. They asked me a series of questions

Interview
The interview was via zoom. You get invited for an interview once your resume passes the screening process. Most resumes do not get through. I applied to ten jobs at UCLA Health before getting a call back.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to overcome conflict in a work environment
They first ask you for a 20 minute Zoom meeting. Questions included going over your work experience, your strengths and weaknesses, and how you deal with stressful situations in the workplace.
You go through two interviews, first with recruiter and two managers. The second interview is with a doctor at whatever site you’re at. The questions are common ones that you can honestly just google.
