I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UCLA Health (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Laid back, in-person interview. I interviewed with 2 people including the supervisor. The interview questions were very typical with no major surprises. Overall, it was very conversational. I followed up shortly after my interview and I received an offer. It took HR months to get things done from offer letter to orientation. I was able to successfully negotiate a slight increase in my hourly salary with HR. Overall, it was a long but relatively painless experience.
