Screening interview with a team member, walk through their approach and setup as well as personal experience and potential fit.
Lack of understanding from the recruiter, mismatch in asset class.
There was an initial phone call to discuss what my situation is and what I had done in my previous place. Then the interviews included a mix of statistics, probability and pen-and-paper coding.
