Called 1 day after I applied. Interviewed in 2 days with 0 previous experience. In person, casual small office setting, one on one with the co-owner. Fantastic individuals who look beyond your resume. Not stressful, intimidating or long. Offered a job directly after the interview. Started work in 2 days. Overall a 5 day process from application to first day.
Was able to start working for them as I trained and went to classes for my level 3 security license and bought my equipment.

More of a discussion about my personality traits, how I handle stressful situations, etc.
Asked how I felt about weapons and physical confrontations with violent, mentally ill, drugged or distressed individuals of all shapes and sizes.
Asked about previous Security, Military or LEO/EMS/Fire experience.
Asked about my availability for night shifts as most of their shifts are nights.
Asked if I was okay with working regular overtime.
Asked about my driving record and vehicle and availability to travel.
