The interview is very easy. Two rounds. One with the Head of Dept and one with the Founder. The co founder Hemangi seemed to have a pre assumed notion that "gen z is difficult to work with" where one has to prove otherwise during the interview. Upon asking basic questions like what will the work timings and work days be the answer was " have patience" . Company seems to be below average not just in terms of brands but also in terms of work culture and work life balance.
