The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Twilio in Mar 2019
Interview
Talent advisor, country head, corporate head
Organised an interview when one of them was in holiday and they obviously did not want to be there. They were local to me and it was still a videoconference which was bizarre. The questions had very little relevance to the role and it was very strange. there was no digging into experience or successes. They did not appear prepared so it was very unprofessional. Unless you are a code junkie I would avoid this company as that is all they seemed to ask about. They said they were interested and never came back to me which was very rude. I invested a couple of days research and interview time and they invested nothing. Based on the experience I would have stayed away.

Question 1
Hardly anything meaningful- no interest in sales success history or methodology - only if I could code. Very strange experience and I would have declined the role based on the hiring experience
