It was a lengthy one, but overall a good experience. First interview is with a person from talent, this is the typical interview when you introduce yourself and talk about your experience and why you want to join the company. Second interview is with the hiring manager for the position you are being considered, this is more focused to the role you are applying for and they give you more details about it. After this, there is a quick meeting with the person from talent to prepare you for the final stage of the process. And it ends with the final stage of the process which are 4 interviews with leaders and managers where they evaluate different company values (they call it Twilio Magic), they tell you before hand which values will be evaluated in each interview and the LinkedIn profiles of the interviewers so that you prepare past experiences in your worklife that denote the evaluated values.
